My Story
Grew up. Played sports. Ate a lot. Got a job at a buffet/arcade place at 16. Didn't know it yet, but this is where everything started.
Worked long hours. Learned discipline the hard way from kitchens. Got really good at cooking. Kept gaining weight. Drinking + partying like a mad man.
Got tired of staying stuck. Started running. Still working long hours. Got a girlfriend. At 26, officially stopped drinking alcohol β changing everything.
First time learning what Kaizen means β and it stuck. Started lifting. Started writing. Started building something for real. (Kaizen Fuel Kitchen.) Stopped making excuses.
Build the body. Build the business. Build the tribe. Do the work. Every day. No shortcuts. To be continued...
The goal is simple:
Train hard. Fuel well.
Build something meaningful.
