Best Writing / Videos

Ages 0–18: The Foundation Era.

Grew up. Played sports. Ate a lot. Got a job at a buffet/arcade place at 16. Didn't know it yet, but this is where everything started.

Ages 18–23: The Kitchen Era I.

Worked long hours. Learned discipline the hard way from kitchens. Got really good at cooking. Kept gaining weight. Drinking + partying like a mad man.

Ages 23–28: The Kitchen Era II.

Got tired of staying stuck. Started running. Still working long hours. Got a girlfriend. At 26, officially stopped drinking alcohol β€” changing everything.

Ages 27–29: The Rebuild Era.

First time learning what Kaizen means β€” and it stuck. Started lifting. Started writing. Started building something for real. (Kaizen Fuel Kitchen.) Stopped making excuses.

Ages 29+: The Kaizen Era.

Build the body. Build the business. Build the tribe. Do the work. Every day. No shortcuts. To be continued...

The goal is simple:

Train hard. Fuel well.
Build something meaningful.
